If your event is smaller or you are just picking up dinner for the family, you can order our mouth-watering meats by the pound. Each serving comes with Full Moon bar-b-que sauce, pickles and our deliciously unique chow-chow sauce. Our hickory-smoked ribs are slow-cooked and sold by the half rack or whole rack. Add our trimmings to go by the pint, quart or gallon.

The food truck is available for catering and private events held in the Greater Birmingham area.
